Why Café Book Club Was Created
I started Café Book Club for one simple reason: I couldn’t get my own book into major bookstores because I was self-published.
Like many independent authors, I discovered that great stories are often overlooked simply because they don’t come from traditional publishers.
Instead of giving up, I decided to create something better.
Café Book Club was built to help readers discover books written by self-published Canadian authors and to give independent writers a place where their stories can be seen, shared, and supported.
Because great books deserve readers, no matter how they’re published.
